These Terms and Conditions of Use and Service (“Terms of Use and Service”) constitute an agreement between Attica EST Trading (“Attica”, "we", "our", "us) and you, the visitor, governing your access, purchases of products, and use of all content and functionalities available at the Attica website, related micro-sites accessed through the URL www.theattica.com, related domain names, and any other website or micro-site of Attica (collectively the "Site").
By visiting the Site, you are accepting, consenting, and bound by the practices described in the Terms of User and Service “TOS”. We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified TOS.
For this reason, we encourage you to review the Terms & Conditions whenever you visit the Site. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS, then you must immediately stop using the Site.
By establishing membership on the Site or purchasing or using products through the Site, you acknowledge and agree as follows:
Consent
You represent that you are (a) at least 18 years of age, (b) of legal age to form a binding contract, and (c) not a person barred from entering into contracts under your local jurisdiction.
You shall establish and use your membership on the Site, and purchase and use the products available through the Attica Site, in strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). All calls, emails, and other communications between you and Attica may be recorded.
Purchases
The purchase of merchandise through the Attica site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet.
When making a purchase, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms. Our acceptance of your order means that it has been agreed that you have intended to enter into an agreement with Attica following these Terms.
Payments
As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order.
The Website is available only to individuals who meet the Attica terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid payment method, i.e. a credit card etc., and who have authorized Attica to process a charge or charges on their payment method in the amount of the total purchase price for the Product(s).
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we reasonably suspect that information provided by you is or may be false, Attica may use the personal information you provide to conduct suitable anti-fraud checks.
Privacy
The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not store any of your card details, and do not share any customer data with any third parties. We use a secure privacy system that keeps your data safe and secure.
By making an offer to purchase Product(s), you authorize Attica to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit reports (and to the extent permitted by law appropriate credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial payment card identification, and to authorize individual purchase transactions. We will only give your personal information to third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.
Product Descriptions
Attica attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products on the Site. Attica does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the Attica Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item, as specified in the Return Policy.
Pricing
Attica strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Site. We cannot, however, ensure against pricing errors. Attica reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error. If this occurs, Attica will notify you by email. In addition, Attica reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price. Prices will be charged in SAR even if the currency converter tool is applied to show the conversion rate in an alternate currency.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Attica offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers.
Please note that although the Website lists available and unavailable Product(s), you may only purchase available Product(s). However, there may be occasions, due to circumstances beyond Attica’s control, where the Product(s) that is ordered is not available. In this case the Product(s) will be cancelled from your order and will be communicated to you. You will not be charged for the Product(s).
We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific product being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Shipping and Tax
Shipping and taxes will be calculated based on the country and method of delivery.
Shipments will be sent out on the same day if the purchase is made before 2pm local time, and next day if it is made after. Depending on your location and your choice of courier, this can take between 2-7 business days.
Estimates are provided based on the courier’s regular timelines. However, we cannot guarantee that your shipment will be delivered within this timeframe.
Customs
Attica is not responsible for any additional costs related to the custom taxes and regulations relative to your shipping country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to determine the cost price prior to completing your purchase.
Exchanges & Returns
You have 1 business day to notify us regarding a return and 3 business days to exchange your items.
If you would like to return or exchange your items, please take the following steps:
- Contact us at hello@theattica.com with your name, address, order number, and explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
- The items must still be tagged, unworn, and undamaged. We might ask you to share a photo if necessary.
- After approval, we will contact you with instructions for the return.
- You must enclose your return slip with the returned item.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.
- As we do not give refunds, we will provide you with store credit for another purchase upon receipt and acceptance of your product.

Alterations to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, terms and conditions at any time.
Waiver
Should you breach any terms or conditions, and we take no action against you, we shall be entitled to invoke our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing Law
The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
